Photographer Waits For Hours At Museums To Capture Visitors Matching Artworks. The Results Are Priceless
Need an entertaining and creative way to spend countless hours at a museum? Meet this guy, France-base photographer Stefan Draschan, who has visited museums from Vienna to Paris to create his art project, “People Matching Artworks.”
The photographer spent numerous hours at various museums to find the perfect person to match the existing museum paintings. Looking at the photos, many might think they are staged, but the secret is simply patience.
The photographer loves to visit different museums mainly in Paris, Vienna, and Berlin where he waits for hours to find visitors meticulously matching a specific art piece. The result? Unique and quirky pictures of uncanny conformity between the person facing the existing museum artworks. Usually, the visitor’s outfit blends to match the painting’s colors. For other subjects, it’s their hairstyle or even their beard that do the trick.
